Tin of Hearts is made out of painted tin. Over time the paint deteriorated leaving only the heaviest brush strokes. The symbol is inspired by a rose window in a Templar Hermitage Church built in Spain during the crusades. The intersection of five elongated hearts create five more proportional hearts and a down pointed pentagram. At the time or construction this type of pentagram symbolized the Holy Spirit descending to earth to give protection.
