Beau Lyday Farmstead Studios
My inspiration for this work was the cathedral of St. Peter in Beauvais France, what fascinated me about this cathedral's rose window was the organic quality of the design. There is a strong mandala feel to this motif. The shapes combine to form hearts, flower petals, and a continuous intertwining ribbon. It just depends on how you look at it.
